Refund policy

At Stay Witty Caps, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation You have up to 1 hour after placing your order to cancel, provided it has not yet been packed and fulfilled. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

2. Returns & Refunds You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note, we do not offer exchanges. Here's how returns work:

  • EU Customers: You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact us at hello@staywitty.com to initiate the process. You'll receive a return label at your expense. Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued via the original payment method, deducting the cost of the return label.

  • Non-EU Customers: For customers outside the EU, the return process is similar. You can request a return within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at hello@staywitty.com. Please note that you're responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated import duties. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

  • Important Information:

    Please ensure to retain the tracking number and return receipt as proof of return. Failure to provide this information in case of a lost return may limit our ability to assist you.

    Additionally, it's crucial to monitor your return package's progress using the tracking number to stay updated on any import duties. Failure to pay these charges promptly may result in customs authorities returning the package to you. We do not receive notifications about these charges, so please verify them independently.

3. Refunds Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Lost Packages In the event of a lost package during transit, we offer a free reshipment. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to our support team promptly. You will be required to sign an official declaration of non-receipt, initiating an investigation with the carrier. If the investigation supports your claim, we will gladly arrange for a reshipment of your order. However, if the carrier provides proof of delivery (such as a picture taken at your address), regrettably, we cannot offer a reshipment or refund.

4. Custom Products Please note that custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or faulty. If you encounter any issues with a custom item, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

5. Wrong/Damaged Products If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our support team with a photo of the item along with your order number. We will promptly address the issue and provide a resolution.

6. Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. However, we do offer a reshipment option for an additional fee to cover shipping costs.
